POLICIES
Full rental amount will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations will be accepted 24 hours prior to your tour departure.
Reservations made on the same day as departure are non-refundable.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time to complete all necessary paperwork. All tours leave at the designated time and will not wait for those who are late. Please account for any time needed to prepare for your tour including sunscreen, clothing change, etc.
No shows and those arriving too late for the tour will be charged the full amount.
If we deem it necessary to cancel a tour due to inclement weather, we will refund or reschedule based on the customers request. There are no refunds once tours depart.
Must be 18 to drive during partially guided jet ski tour and 21+ to drive during unguided Jet Ski tour. Each Jet Ski has a combined weight limit of 350 lb.
Experienced drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must possess a Boaters Education Certificate in order to operate a Jet Ski.
