Reservation Policy
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time to complete all necessary paperwork. All tours leave at the designated time and will not wait for those who are late. No shows and those arriving too late for the tour will be charged the full amount. Cancellations will be accepted 24 hours prior to your tour departure.
WEATHER
If we deem it necessary to cancel a tour due to inclement weather, we will refund or reschedule based on the customers request. There are no refunds once tours depart.
